6. Guarantee
We repair or replace any mechanical or structural defect free of charge for as long as you own the product. Ordinary wear to finishes — plating, lacquer, leather patina — is not a defect. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights regarding goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
7. Age and intended use
We sell accessories for cigars, not tobacco products. Lighters are sold empty and must be used according to their instructions and kept away from children. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to buy a lighter or cutter from us.
