Shipping

Every order ships free and leaves our workshop within one to two business days of payment. A tracking code follows the moment your parcel is on its way.

European Union

Two to three business days to the Benelux, Germany and France; three to five business days elsewhere in the EU. Prices are shown in euros with VAT included, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay — there is nothing left to settle on arrival.

Outside the European Union

Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

You have thirty days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind. Send the piece back unused and in its original packaging for a full refund, without needing to give a reason. Get in touch through the contact form and we will arrange it.

Customers in the European Union also hold the statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel within fourteen days of receipt without giving a reason. Our thirty-day window sits alongside that right and never replaces or shortens it.

Lifetime Guarantee

Any mechanical or structural defect is repaired or replaced free of charge for as long as you own the piece. Ordinary wear to finishes — gold plating, lacquer, polished steel, leather patina — is not a defect and falls outside the guarantee.

Material & Care

Every piece is made from solid brass, stainless steel, cedar or full-grain Tuscan leather. Keep metal components dry and condition leather from time to time. Ask for our care guide through the contact form.
