Instruments for a
Considered Ritual
Torch lighters and hand-stitched leather cases in the finest materials — for anyone who measures luxury in decades rather than seasons.

Made to stay put.
Two hundred grams of machined brass with a lift-arm action and a soft, wide flame. Too substantial for a pocket, which is rather the point: this one belongs where people can see it.

One piece that breaks the rule.
A gold-railed lighter with a cloisonné dragon fired across the face in teal, orange and oxblood. The rest of the collection is deliberately restrained; this one, just as deliberately, is not.

A clean cut, every time.
Twin guillotine blades that meet on the exact centreline, in hand-engraved steel and a grained leather sleeve. No crushed cap, no ragged draw — ever.

A deeper cut, cleanly taken.
A V-cutter that lifts a wedge from the cap rather than a flat disc, concentrating the draw and leaving the shoulders of the cigar intact. One sprung stroke, and it is done.

A hard shell, quietly dressed.
A brushed brass tray that draws out of an ostrich-grain leather sleeve, with three fitted channels holding each cigar clear of the next. Set a bag down on it and the shell takes the load.

An ashtray worth leaving out.
A weighted base wrapped in saddle-stitched full-grain leather, with a polished metal well and two cigar rests machined into the rim. Quiet, substantial, and made for a good table.

We do not make accessories.
We make heirlooms.
Boca began from a quiet conviction: the objects that accompany life's better moments deserve the same care as the moments themselves. A cigar is patience made tangible, and what sits beside it should be no less considered.
Every piece is drawn by hand, machined to microns, and finished by artisans who sign their work. Nothing is hurried. Nothing is mass produced. Everything is built to be inherited.
The Story of Boca
The Difference Lives in the Details
Premium Materials
Aerospace-grade titanium, solid brass and full-grain Tuscan leather, sourced without compromise.
Precision Engineering
Each mechanism machined to microns and tuned by hand, for a flame that does not falter.
Lifetime Quality
Guaranteed for life and built to be serviced rather than replaced. An object to outlast its owner.
Luxury Presentation
Every piece arrives cradled in a magnetic presentation box with a dust bag and an authentication card.
Time spent in good company over a good cigar is the one luxury that never depreciates. The Boca Doctrine
From raw material to inherited object.
Nine pairs of hands touch every Boca piece before it reaches yours. What follows is not manufacturing; it is a discipline handed between artisans over decades.
Sourcing
Titanium billets and single hides selected by hand, and rejected without hesitation.
Precision Machining
Five-axis milling to tolerances measured in microns, with every component numbered.
Metal Finishing
Hand brushed, PVD coated and polished across seven stages until the surface disappears.
Hand Assembly
Assembled, tuned and signed by a single artisan who takes responsibility for the whole.
